Our Payroll Services Include

Payroll Processing

We can prepare time to time payroll according to the pay frequency agreed for your business. Payroll calculations can take account of salary or wages & d relevant payroll information supplied for the period, including agreed changes before each processing deadline.

New Starters

Adding a new employee requires the correct payroll information from the beginning. We can process starter information using relevant details such as a P45 or HMRC starter information so the employee can be added to payroll correctly.

Workplace Pension Payroll Support

Automatic-enrolment duties can affect payroll because eligible workers may need to be assessed & pension contributions calculated and deducted. Employers remain responsible for their workplace pension duties.

PAYE & RTI Reporting

Employers operating PAYE generally report employees' pay and deductions to HMRC through a Full Payment Submission before payday, unless an exception applies. We can support payroll preparation & reporting process based on the information provided by your business.

Employee Leavers

When an employee leaves, their final payroll information needs to be processed and their employment details updated appropriately. Employers normally provide a P45 when employment ends, containing relevant pay and tax information.

Payroll Year-End

Payroll responsibilities continue at the end of the tax year, including sending payroll report & providing eligible employees with a P60. HMRC states that employers must give a P60 by 31 May to employees who were working for them on final day of the tax year.

Payslips

Employees must receive information showing their pay & deductions, and payroll software can be used to produce payslips as part of each payroll cycle. We can prepare payslip information alongside the payroll so employees have clear record of their earnings & deductions.

Statutory Payments

Payroll may need to account for applicable statutory payments depending on an employee's circumstances and eligibility. Where relevant information is supplied, these can be incorporated into the payroll process according to current rules.

P11D & Benefits Reporting

Some employee benefits & expenses may require separate reporting where they not dealt through payroll. Where we can help to identify the payroll information needed for benefits reporting. HMRC currently requires applicable P11D & P11D(b) reporting online
